INFORMATION FOR PROVIDING YOUR OWN INSERT:
Inserts must be a full, 8.5″ x 11″ sheet and can be printed on both sides.
No Card Stock. Inserts may not be larger than 8.5″x11″.
All inserts must be printed on the same type/weight of paper. Please contact us with any questions.

$4.00/line for all newspapers except:
$3.00/line for Aberdeen Village, Alpers Farm, Centennial Ridge, Dutch Creek, Palisade, Panorama Ridge, Summit Ridge, Sunset, Tiffany & Woodbury Hills.
$5.00/line for Meadowood and Mission Viejo.
To submit a classified ad, please send your wording (approximately 40-45 characters fit on one line) through our contact form. We will help adjust your ad to fit the number of lines that works best for you and will be in touch.
The most effective way to use homeowner’s association/neighborhood newsletters to build your business is to be consistent. Since they are monthly publications, it is more effective to be in a few newsletters for 3 – 6 months than to go into a lot of them for one month and then stop. Because of this, we offer discounts for long-term advertising.

You may change your ad at any time even if you have paid for your advertising in advance. Just contact us by the 15th of the month for the next month’s issue (except for January, the deadline is December 6th).

Advertise in any newsletter as a “Standing Order” or prepay for 6 months of advertising and receive a FREE online listing on our Service Provider Directory.
Add a link to your website for an additional $10 per month. Must be a Standing Order or prepay for 6 months in the newsletters to be eligible.
Our Online Service Provider Directory is advertised in all of our newsletters each month that they run. Over 25,000 home owners see this ad! What a great way to advertise your business.
Print-Ready Art Policy
Please keep in mind that when you design your ad, it must be “print-ready.” This means that you need to send us your ad in a PDF format, high resolution and high quality. We cannot accept a Microsoft Publisher or Word file. If you create your ad in Publisher or Word, you must save that file as a high quality (300dpi) PDF before e-mailing it to us.

Each newsletter we produce contains information about that neighborhood. Residents read them and see your ad. The newsletters are small enough that your ad does not get lost. The newsletters are posted on this website, as well as some of the neighborhood and HOA’s websites, giving your company further exposure.
