How Newsletter Publishing works
By specializing in neighborhood and HOA newsletters, we have gained the insight required to serve the needs of homeowners associations as well as the needs of our advertiser clients.
Our services range from starting up a new newsletter for a neighborhood, to printing it and everything in between.
Our associations receive their newsletters for FREE. We sell advertising to cover the cost of design and printing. Our goal is to maintain as close to a 50/50 ad-to-copy ratio as possible. Our newsletters come out monthly and are printed in color. It is each neighborhood’s responsibility to deliver the newsletters every month.
Our services include copy editing as needed; layout, design and typesetting; and printing, folding and collating. We maintain a free neighborhood “Teen Services” list for teens doing babysitting, pet/house sitting, and lawn care/snow removal. Residents receive free personal classified advertising, as needed. Personal ads are things like looking for a lost pet, selling a bicycle, or having a garage sale. Business-related ads are charged at our current rates.

Each newsletter we produce contains information about that neighborhood. Residents read them and see your ad. The newsletters are small enough that your ad does not get lost. The newsletters are posted on this website, as well as some of the neighborhood and HOA’s websites, giving your company further exposure.
