Columbine Lakes is a townhome/single family home community located on Platte Canyon, south of Bowles and north of Ken Caryl Ave. This community has lovely common areas with three lakes, a clubhouse and pool. The townhomes were built in the mid-1970s and range in price from $380,000 – 550,000. Three Ponds (Single-Family Homes) range from $750,000 to $1,620,000.
